Timely pumping helps prevent backups, odors, and clogs, safeguarding both your investment and the environment.

The Clean Water Act:
Septage Haulers Operating in Vermont:
On June 16, 2015, Governor Shumlin signed into law groundbreaking legislation aimed at improving water quality throughout the state. This law, the Vermont Clean Water Act, significantly expands water quality regulatory and enforcement authority and established a Clean Water Fund to assist with implementation efforts. As part of the funding to support implementation of this new law, some of the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation's (DEC) regulatory fees were increased and new DEC fees were created. These new and increased fees will provide DEC the resources needed to implement this new law and continue to provide timely service to regulated entities and public. Protecting clean water is a fundamental priority shared by all Vermonters; passage of the Vermont Clean Water Act, including these now and increased fees, will enable DEC to deliver upon this priority.
